• Offers comprehensive legal advise on corporate matters and corporate documentation relating to client’s business operations’
• Provides counseling on, and documentation of client’s rights and responsibilities relative to extraordinary corporate matters or special transactions such as
  business reorganizations, commercial transactions whether local or offshore, service and/or supply contracts, contracts negotiations, and legal advisory and
  support related to procurement laws and regulations
• Provides legal assistance in matters requiring or involving governmental licenses and authorizations, registration of documents and transactions with regulatory agencies, and other proceedings before administrative and quasi-judicial bodies.
• Legal consulting concerning employment policies, review of employment contracts and retirement programs and other matters affecting compliance with
  labor standards.
• Provides corporate secretarial services
• Acts as Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with governmental laws and regulations
• Legal and advisory services in lodging intellectual property rights applications and compliances with the Intellectual Property Office in the Philippines.
