Charito F. Fariñas-Rodriguez, LL.M.
Charito received her law degree from Arellano Law Foundation in Manila. She established CFR Law in 2008 focusing on business consulting and family law.
After gaining experience in litigation, she took her Masters of Laws at the Northwestern University School of Law (now Northwestern Pritzker University School of Law) in Chicago, Illinois, US. She also attended a Negotiation and Leadership Course at Harvard Law School in 2014.
Charito entered the academe in 2018, having taught in De La Salle University Manila, and is a
faculty member of Arellano University School of Law for the past 7 years.

Lawrence M. Mijares, Esq.
Lawrence is a graduate of San Beda College of Law in Manila and has been in the practice of law for more than 25 years focusing on civil and criminal litigation. He is experienced in all areas of labor law, real property law and insurance cases.
Lawrence’s excellent reputation as a well-rounded legal practitioner resulted in his being appointed as external counsel for various local and multinational corporations.
Mary Joy Celestino
Mary Joy has been with the firm for more than 10 years as Secretary and Liaison Officer. Through her extensive experience in legal administrative work and liaising with different government offices, Joy has successfully supported the immigration/visa requirements of the firm’s corporate clients who have attested to her professionalism and dedication.
Aaron Joseph N. Lee
Aaron is a new addition to the Firm as paralegal, focusing on supporting corporate legal compliance, contract drafting and review, IPO filings and managing legal documents and administrative support to lead attorneys.
